Refunds & Delivery

DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched out in 24 hours of being received, providing the items are in stock, not including weekends and holidays. They are usually received between 3 to 6 business days. The charge for postage is as follows:


Currently we are offering FREE Std Delivery (2-3days) on orders over £25.

Orders unto £24.99 - Std 2nd Class = £2.95

Other options are as follows:

Orders up to £29.99 - Std 1st class = £3.50 

Orders over £30.00 - Std 1st class = £4.50 

Alternative all UK orders can select a tracked service:
Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Delivery £5.95 or
Special Delivery – Next day by 1pm excluding Saturday £7.50

Free delivery for orders above £75.00
(These will be sent out using Royal Mail Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Delivery Service)

International Delivery
These deliveries generally take between 3 to 7 working days but can take longer due to additional security checks etc.

For orders below £34.99 using Royal Mail standard airmail service:
Europe £5.00,
Rest of world £6.95

For orders above £35.00 using Royal Mail tracked and signed for airmail service:
Europe £10.00, Rest of world £11.95.


The above does not apply for any bulk orders. Delivery charges for bulk will be discussed upon order.


RETURNS

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping and gift boxes. Goods need to be returned within 14 days from receipt and should include a completed returns note. A returns note is included in the dispatch email but if you haven't received it please email us for a copy.

Please ensure that returned goods are in perfect condition, as we cannot accept products back, which have been used. They need to be returned in their original polythene bag. Items contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

We will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. We advise that you request proof of postage at your post office as claims cannot be processed without this. Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Should you select a more expensive item for the exchange, please include a cheque for the difference. Or arrange for with us for payment to be made.

Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Depending on your chosen form of payment funds should reach you within 5 to 15 working days.
