WHY DO WE USE 100% COTTON AND 100% SILK?

Both these fabrics are natural fibres and have hypoallergenic qualities, are breathable, wickable. Cotton is biodegradable and a renewable resource. During processing, less than 10 percent of it is lost or deemed non-usable. Silks natural temperature-regulating properties give silk this paradoxical ability to cool and warm simultaneously. Silk will absorb perspiration while letting your skin breathe. In spite of its delicate appearance, silk is relatively robust. Its smooth surface resists soil and odors well. It is believed that the amino acids of silk are the same that are found in the human skin and hair. This may cause the skin to be healthier and to delay the appearance of wrinkles. In addition, it may cause hair to be healthier as well due to its constant exposure to important nutrients.

WHY USE OTHER FABRICS?

I have used other types of synthetic fabrics because I wanted to offer a greater variety of hats using a variety of textures and prints.

PRICING?

We have tried to create a great quality product varying in details and prices. All our products are made in the UK in small quantities and as so the costs are reflected in the price. To be able to offer some good quality cheaper options we have a few suppliers who manufactures overseas.

WHY IS THE CHARGE ON THE PACKAGE LESS/MORE THAN THE P&P I WAS CHARGED?

This is always a tough one to price as some hats are bulker than others and even if they are light they will need to go as a small packet via the Royal mail which has different charges. Also some packages are small but are heavy. So we have tried to balance the cost over all our sales. We do not aim to make a profit from the P&P charge only to cover the cost of the packaging and the postage.

CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Paypal gives you the option to enter in a different delivery address.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes we do. But we are not responsible for any custom charges the order might be charged. Customs or import duties are levied once your package reaches its destination country. You will be responsible for any charges for customs clearance. They vary widely from country to country. Most countries within the EU do not impose duties, however countries outside the EU do. Please check if this will affect your delivery.

HAIRLOSS WHICH PRODUCTS ARE MOST COMFORTABLE?

All our products have been designed for comfort and a generous fit for maximum coverage. They are also all lined with 100% cotton.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE STYLE DOESN’T SUIT ME?

We understand that not all styles will suit everybody’s face so we offer a 14 day exchange or return policy. Just email us for a returns form. Print, fill it out and send it back with the item(s) you wish to return.

WHY WOULD I NEED A SLEEP HAT?

I have designed a sleep hat for ladies who have hair extensions or hair loss. I designed the sleep hat with sleep movement in mind. Choosing silk to help your head glide over your pillowcase. As for warmth this depends on you, if you are a generally warm body (someone who likes to sleep with just a thin layer of sleep wear definitely no bed socks), then the silk sleep hat will be good just giving you a light layer to keep the chill off your head but if you are a cold body (someone who likes to sleep with loads of clothing layers and bed socks) I would suggest sleeping in our Cotton Jesse Jersey. If the elastic at the back irritates your neck you can wear it to the top - like a turban or our Alpine for extra layers.

I’VE CALLED YOUR PHONE LINE AND HAVE NO ANSWER?

I will always try to answer the phone but most of the time its just me and so if I’m driving or with the manufacture I might not be able to answer but please leave a message or email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

If we receive the order before 2pm Monday to Friday, we try to send it out the same day if not then the next day. We will email you when your items are dispatched.

I DON’T FEEL CONFIDENT ABOUT ORDERING OVER THE WEB?

I DON’T HAVE A TAPE MEASURE TO MEASURE MY HEAD FITTING. HOW CAN I MEASURE MY HEAD?

Alternatively you can just a piece of string and wrap around your head and then lay it next to a ruler and calculate your measurement.
